Phishing, malware distribution, sender impersonation, deceptive campaigns, and any unlawful messaging are prohibited.

Recipient consent

You must not use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists. You may only send to recipients who have explicitly consented to receive email from you. Suppression and opt-out states must be respected across all sending workflows.

Legal compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located. This includes, but is not limited to, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Enforcement

Attempts to bypass security controls, throttling, or policy checks may lead to immediate access suspension and potential account termination for repeat violations.
